We will treat your home as our own. We will dress, act, and treat the each client professionally. We will be on time!
We will meet Your Client at their home or other specified location and witness their signatures on the loan documents, notarize the ones that are required and over-night the completed loan package back to the Title Company or Lender as directed.
In the event that we fail to collect required signatures, paper work, checks, or any other specifics as described in either these Terms and Conditions and/or the initial emailed or faxed closing instructions provided by the Closing Company before the scheduled signing we will promptly and at our expense correct such error(s).
Failure To Pay
Please note that failure to receive timely payment for services rendered will result in legal action to the full extent of the law.
As a Signing Agent we do what we are asked to do and have no control of the final outcome of the transaction. We simply expect fair payment for services hired to perform and services rendered.
Terms and Conditions
The Closing Company, Lender, Broker, Agent(s), Realtor, and any and all other Institutions and/or Firms associated with and/or hold an interest in the Closing agree to hold C. Daniel Suarez and its associates harmless of any wrong doing that lies outside the scope and responsabilities of a Notary Signing Agent as understood by the Laws of Pennsylvania in the event the Client initiates any legal action against said Closing Company, Lender, Broker, Agent(s), Realtor, and any and all other Institutions and/or Firms assocaited with and/or hold an interest in the Closing.
